The Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center was established by Dr. George A. Toledo in 1996 with the specific purpose to provide a comprehensive state-of-the-art facility for the cosmetic surgery patient. The surgery center meets three very important goals: safety, comfort, and privacy. The staff embody Dr. Toledo's philosophy of respect, candor, professionalism and compassion.
